What services do you offer?

I offer personalized, one-on-one virtual consultation sessions with parents, providing 60 minutes of dedicated time to explore your child and family's needs, and collaboratively find supportive strategies that align with your family’s values and goals.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled easily through our online platform by clicking the "Book Online" link. You have the option to book a free 15-minute introductory call or schedule a full 60-minute virtual session.

What can I expect during a session?

During a session, you can expect a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental. We’ll focus on meeting you and your family exactly where you are, taking time to explore your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll work on fostering deeper connection and understanding—both with yourself and your child(ren).

Our sessions will center on practical tools and strategies while also nurturing your confidence and intuition as a parent. This isn’t about fixing or striving for perfection; it’s about building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating an environment where you and your child can feel supported.

Are you neurodiversity affirming?

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I celebrate and respect the unique ways individuals experience and interact with the world. I strive to learn from the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals to ensure my work is grounded in authenticity and understanding.
